From 1 July 2022, NHS Kirklees CCG will become part of NHS West Yorkshire Integrated Care Board. We will continue to work with health and care colleagues to improve outcomes for people in Kirklees and across West Yorkshire.

Kirklees Health and Care Partnership logo

The Kirklees Health and Care Partnership is due to launch in July. The partnership will bring together health and care organisations to plan and deliver joined-up services and to improve the health of people who live in Kirklees. It will focus on preventing ill health, delivering quality care, reducing health inequality, and putting communities at the heart of all we do. The partnership will include NHS, Kirklees Council, Healthwatch, community and voluntary sector organisations, and independent care providers. 

We’re developing a logo for the partnership and would really like your views. Please take a few minutes to review the different options and tell us what you think. The designs are based on feedback received from staff and stakeholders earlier this year.
